Dr. Lapierre grew up in Hudson, Ohio and later attended Bowling Green State University for his undergraduate studies. He double majored in Biology and Chemistry and created a strong scientific background for his career in dentistry.
He subsequently attended the New York University College of Dentistry and completed the DDS program in 1997. He then underwent a one year post-graduate residency at Jamaica Hospital in Queens, New York to improve his techniques in general dentistry.
He relocated to Central Ohio in 1998,where he became a clinical instructor in the Advanced General Dentistry Program at the Ohio State University College of Dentistry.
Currently, Dr. Lapierre is an active member of the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, Columbus Dental Association as well as a member of the local chapter of the Seattle Study Club, a continuing education club dedicated to education in cutting edge, interdisciplinary, comprehensive, and reconstructive therapy. He traveled the country to attend continuing education courses and improve his understanding of the field of dentistry. As a member of the Dublin Area Chamber of Commerce, he feels it is important to be connected to his community. He has been serving Dublin for ten years.
Dr. Lapierre currently resides in Upper Arlington with his wife, Maria, and two lovely children. Outside of the world of dentistry, Dr. Lapierre enjoys food, wine, fly fishing, skiing and hockey.
